Carolin McMasters
Carolin Sue McMasters, 76, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, March 17th, 2023 at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown.

She was born July 29th,1946 in Morgantown to Rose Lee Ruggles.

Carolin is survived by her two sons Jeremy Scotchel and fiance' Rhonda Tennant of Morgantown, and Jarrett Scotchel and companion Olivia Powell of Westover; her grandchildren Chase Lawson and his wife Taila serving the US Army stationed in Hawaii, and Jillian Scotchel, Regan Scotchel, and Sheldon Scotchel all of Morgantown; her great-grandchildren Jaxton, Presley, and Braelynn Lawson; and her brother Terry Ruggles of York, PA

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother Butch Ruggles.

Carolin was formerly employed as a CNA with Valley Mental Health, and attended the Chaplin Apostolic Church. She enjoyed crocheting and shopping, and loved spending time with her dog Angel Grace.

At Carolin's request, she will be cremated with no services planned.
